1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:

  • The product was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with the proof of purchase.
  • Perishable items like sweets and snacks cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. Time Frame for Returns

You must notify us of any issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect products) within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, details about the issue, and if possible, photos of the damaged or defective items.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, if applicable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Banbhori Foods will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for a courier pickup or ask you to send the product back using a method of our choice.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will only cover the amount paid for the product; shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

6. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is not available, we will offer a refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or with a discount code, unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • Products returned in a used or altered condition.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • After Shipping: Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
